Post Independence Day Blues?
Greetings once again!
Most public holidays are accompanied by food.
Now, being in Australia, I don't really know what Americans have on 4th July, or whether you guys and gals have special dishes depending on the State you live in (Do let me know by dropping a comment in this blog).
... but I can bet you my lunch money that most of that food is full of sugar and fat!
So, there may or may not be regret and guilt.
If you overdid it...
... relax. Start all over again.
Weight loss and healthy eating is not about "getting there". It's about keeping a healthy diet... and if you fall... get up again!
Anthony Robbins (one of my gurus) reckons that the secret of long lasting success rests on keeping a discipline: CANI ("CAN" "I"): "Constant And Neverending Improvement".
He believes in gradual and constant positive changes on an ongoing basis.
So... If you ate too much yesterday... I hope you enjoyed it.
Now, get back onto your healthy eating routine, and be healthy.
