How about a Delicious Fish Chowder for Lunch or Dinner?
Hello!
Sometimes when I have a beer or three, I feel like having a nice soup. Go figure!
But being tipsy, I don't want to spend a lot of confusing time cooking a complicated soup. So, I cook a soup that is quick and easy: The Fish Chowder soup.
I love it! Even if I was not drinking at all, I love this soup on its own, or as a prelude to a main dish. It's only worth 3 points, and I can fit it in my daily points budget if I choose well my main dish.
I have also included a link that tells you why Omega-3 fatty acids are good for you (this recipe has it). Remember, eating low fat food is part of the weight loss journey; educating yourself about healthy eating is yet another component to your healthy eating plan.
