Inactivity and Obesity

Greetings!

Just about everybody and his/her dog knows that inactivity does lead to obesity.

The "Food for Thought" section in The Skinny Chef's Digest, briefly touched upon the need to being active to lose weight, and asked you to consider committing yourself to find at least 30 minutes a day to do something physical.
