I personally don't mind popping in vitamins every now and then (or regularly, when I have to), but I believe the best sources of nutrition come "the natural way".
That's why I reckon that having fruit and vegie smoothies regularly is a great way of "forcing" ourselves to injest as many natural nutrients as we can.
