Dietary Supplements vs a Balanced Diet? Who's the Winner?

According to a study conducted at the School of Medicine in the University of Boston, "dietary patterns are more promising than nutrient supplements when it comes to nutrition and optimal health outcomes..."

I personally don't mind popping in vitamins every now and then (or regularly, when I have to), but I believe the best sources of nutrition come "the natural way".

That's why I reckon that having fruit and vegie smoothies regularly is a great way of "forcing" ourselves to injest as many natural nutrients as we can.
