Yogurt May Help Dieters Shed More Body Fat
Greetings once again!
Im a great fun of yogurt, particularly of the low fat kind.
My Skinny Kitchen Hand and I always include low fat yogurt in our shopping list.
I use the Nestle diet yogurt because it is the one that contains the least fat and sugar as compared to other commercially available brands in Australia... I dont know whether that is also the case in other countries,and I could not find the specs from
the Nestle site.
Anyhow... I mention the "yogurt factor" because of the claimscontained in the following article:

The article states that a recent study shows that "Replacing other foods with a
few daily servings of yogurt may help obese adults trim their
waistlines better than calorie-cutting alone."
