I've updated the low fat pasta recipes page:2 new recipes added

I have uploaded 2 new low fat pasta recipes: the low fat baked macaroni cheese and beef casserole, and the spaghetti and musroom sauce.

Great meals for different reasons. The first one is just easy to prepare with ingredients readily available in the kitchen pantry. The second one, because the mushroom sauce dresses spaghetti with a creamy texture. Nice to have with a glass of white wine, chardonay, thanks.

I've also included a link to an article about the history of pasta, pasta dishes, and pasta types available (shapes, and that sort of thing). Great information.
