What's So Good About Pasta!?
Some people like having the same blooming thing for dinner just about everyday!
Some others prefer a bit of variety in their meals... and yet... a small group of people like tasting something different almost (if not always) everyday.
I belong to the middle group. I don't mind all the variety available, but it is not practical. Sometimes one has to choose the "traditional" (a euphimism for "the same thing every week on Tuesdays") no-brainer meal.
You know the ones: the 15 to 30 minutes recipe you know by heart, and always have the ingredients you need in the kitchen pantry.
For some, it is a tuna dish, like the famous Weight Watchers' Tuna Loaf and Salsa. Others go to the traditional Spaghetti Bolognese (too boring to even put a link for that!).
But I can have the cake and eat it too... so to speak.
I like low pasta recipes. I have my favourite recipes, of course, but that list is always changing since I discovered many ways of preparing low fat pasta recipes as delicious no-brainer low fat meals. ;-)

There are many more I want to include this coming week, including pasta-based desserts and salads.
