Welcome To The Skinny Chef's Blog!
Dear guys and gals,
I have created Jeff The Chef's blog hoping that I'll be able to share my favourite recipes and healthy eating tips with as many as you as possible.
I have a great, tasty and growing collection of low fat recipes at www.Delicious-Low-Fat-Recipes.com, and I keep adding more and more recipes every week.
I have also had the opportunity to meet people who have found tips about how to lose weight in a healthy and enjoyable manner, and I will be pleased to share what they tell me.
Of course,You must always seek your doctor's advice in respect of matters related to your health, including weight loss or weight control. I am not a health professional, and you cannot rely on the things I share with you, as these are only of an informative value. For professional advice, consult your health professional or doctor.
Today I added a low fat muesli recipe to my website. This low fat muesli recipe makes 45 serves, each worth 2.5 Weight Watchers' points (or 4 g fat and 610 kj), and it's part of my growing collection of low fat breakfast recipes.
I have also recently added a low fat resources page, where I'll be adding useful information on related topics.
At present, I'm also working on what is arguably the one of the most popular searches in terms of low fat recipes: low fat dessert recipes. I'll tell you when it is ready to be seen.
In the meantime, I hope you enjoy this blog and visit my site.
If you have any comments, feedback, or suggestions, leave them here in these posts. I'll appreciate your contribution.
Have a great day!
Jeff The Chef
